Request Account Deletion

You can delete your account and associated data directly within the app, or by submitting an email request.

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

1. Open the ETender app.
2. Go to "Profile" or "Settings".
3. Tap on "Delete Account".
4. Confirm the deletion. Your data will be deleted immediately.

Method 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion manually:

1. Send an email to: cedratech1@gmail.com
2. Subject line: "Request to Delete Account"
3. Please send the email from the same email address registered in the app to verify your identity.

Data that will be deleted:

• Profile information (Name, Email).
• All saved/favorite tenders.
• Search history and preferences.

Retention Period:

Once we receive and verify your request, the deletion process will begin immediately. It may take up to 30 days to completely remove all data from our active systems and backups.
